Licences are sold through Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the seller of record: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and collects and remits the applicable VAT. The price shown includes VAT.

What is sold is a perpetual licence to use audiolaz with one Roon Core, for an unlimited number of rooms and zones. The licence does not expire and carries no subscription.

Right of withdrawal. You have fourteen days from purchase to ask for a refund, without giving a reason. Write to hello@audiolaz.com or use Gumroad’s own refund request. We do not ask you to waive this right at checkout, even though the law allows it for digital goods.

What we do not promise. audiolaz measures a room and builds a filter from that measurement. How much it improves a given room depends on that room, and a good room changes little. We make no promise of a particular result, and we say so on the home page rather than in the small print.

Roon is a trademark of Roon Labs LLC. This project is neither affiliated with, endorsed by, nor certified by Roon Labs. audiolaz is independent software that is compatible with Roon; the name Roon is used only to describe that compatibility.
